The first stage of any project is to get to know our clients... so we can understand their lifestyle and develop their vision, and then bring it to life for them. Particularly for those clients who haven't been through this before, it's important to take those clients through each and every step of the process so they feel connected to what's going on all the time.
The client brief is probably the most important stage,.. we sit and discuss our clients vision, style, space planning, furnishing choices and colour, and how to implement the changes. It can be a single room or an entire house ... a simple facelift, a large extension, loft conversion or more.
lsg design then creates a unique concept for our clients; inspiring our story boards and floor plans so our clients can get a feel for how the new scheme will look, we provide an extensive specification listing all the furnishings, fabrics, lighting, fixtures and fittings that incorporate this scheme, and an outline budget.
(Once we've tweaked any changes, and know our client is happy), he/she has the choice to undertake the works themselves, or to use our build and project management service where we can take the concept through to completion for them (since most of us want to tear our hair out at the very thought of dealing with builders, decorators and contractors …)
